At Deja Vu Vintage Finery we have a wonderful collection of the Enid Collins handbags. Collins handbags are most recognized for its craftsmanship and the delightful details on each handbag. The Collins of Texas handbag was a MUST HAVE for every American girl during the 50's through early 70's. It was a staple to many and to have as a fashion accessory. There were two types of handbags Enid Collins created; the wooden box purse and the canvas bucket. Each bag was decorated in colorful paint, rhinestones in several themed designs. The finishes in each bag became signatures from Enid Collins. Collins used leather trimming, with compact mirrors in each design. A bit of glitz on the way to the market? Sure, why not? Below you can find some of Enid Collins work of art sold at Deja Vu Vintage Finery. See anything you can not live with out? Call us to put items on hold for you at 760-699-5365.
